Joe Saward (Motorsport Journalist):
"Formula One is a hyper-competitive world, filled with extraordinary people, doing extraordinary things. Those involved are highly motivated, determined and passionate and above all they are committed to winning, no matter what role they play, they want always to be the best. Their drive, expertise and creativity forces the pace of Formula One ever onwards, both on the track and in the paddock. The result is an amazing business which fascinates millions of fans all over the world. It is not a world that is easy for newcomers. It is hard work and even understanding how the business works is a complex puzzle to unravel. Formula One does not follow the established norms of business, but it works. To be successful in this world one needs to be single-minded, a hard worker and one must be willing to make sacrifices, but most importantly one needs to be well-prepared and constantly open to learning, finding new solutions as quickly as possible and applying them. The best way to learn is to listen to those who have done it and learn from their experiences."
Max Welti (Motorsport Expert):
"In economically challenging times like these, it is more important than ever to offer people attractive, yet affordable ways of additional education. Therefore, it is equally important to make clear with extraordinary examples of which outstanding performances people are capable and how these can be achieved. SMC University has identified which incredible management skills are required, especially in top-level motorsport. As a result, the institute has decided to offer an appropriate management training course, integrating the uniquely complex world of Formula 1, one of the world’s most demanding management areas. "
